Acceptable Use Policy

1.Prohibited Uses

• Generating content that targets, harasses, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Producing synthetic survey results or population outputs intended to deceive, manipulate public opinion, or support disinformation campaigns
• Impersonating real individuals, organizations, or government entities using synthetic outputs
• Using the Service to develop, train, or fine-tune competing AI models without explicit written permission
• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including privacy laws and intellectual property rights
• Submitting personal data of real individuals without appropriate legal basis or consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract underlying model weights, training data, or proprietary algorithms
• Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Using automated means to create multiple accounts to avoid credit limits or billing
• Generating content that facilitates violence, illegal weapons acquisition, or terrorism
• Using synthetic outputs in high-stakes automated decision-making (hiring, lending, medical diagnosis, law enforcement) without human oversight and review
• Reselling raw API access or API keys to third parties without a commercial agreement with Logos Nova LLC

2.Permitted Uses

• Market research, product testing, and consumer sentiment analysis
• Academic research on public opinion, demographic trends, and social science questions
• Testing product messaging, UX copy, and feature concepts across demographic segments
• Policy analysis and scenario planning with appropriate disclosure that outputs are synthetic
• Training internal models on synthetic data with proper attribution and within API usage limits
• Building applications and tools powered by the SynPop API under our standard commercial terms

3.Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access without notice if we determine a violation has occurred. We may report illegal activity to relevant authorities. To report abuse, contact abuse@logosnovaai.com.
